Packing & Markings
The Product shall be packed in a way that guarantees the safety of the goods during transportation shall be protected from water & oxidation Big Bulk or Big Bag. AII packing conditions shall meet the
international safe standards.
Each Package shall contain the llowing information: Gross weight & Net weight, Consignee, lnspection Stamp, Port of Destination & incoterms
Delivery
Seller’s Price on 100% DLC OR SBLC any world safe port basis (Cost, nsurance & Freight} – lncoterms 2010 will be Applied.
Some destinations may not be possible due to Governmental lnternational Trade embargos or Logistic Constraints.
Product Price
The unit price of the goods will be CiF to the port of ASWP. 201 O lncoterms stipulate that the products are shipped in containers to the port of destination, and confirm the entire contract DLC OR SBLC.
Payment terms
lrrevocable,divisible and transferable Documentary Letter of Credit MT700/MT760 payable after SGS/Bureau inspection report at discharge port. The seller’s PB2% will start after receiving the buyer bank LC Draft Netice to activate the buyer’s bank DLC OR SBLC .
Weight & Quality lnspection
The Seller guarantees that each shipment shall be provided with an inspection report, certificate of weight, quantity and quality at time of loading at origin and discharging at destination port.Such certificates shall be provided by A.H.K./SGS/Bureau at Seller’s Expenses.The Seller instruct authority to carry out the inspection in strict accordance with international chamber of commerce (1.C.C) rules. The Goods shall confirm the specification mentioned in the contract. The quality of the goods will be confirmed by an inspection certificate issued by the international survey company both at Origin and Destination Port.

PROCEDURES ON CIF DELIVERY
Buyer issues ICPO with company profile and end buyer passport copy, company’s registration copy.
The seller prepares a draft contract for the buyer to sign and sends it back to the seller within 2 business days.
Upon receipt and confirmation of the contract, the buyer issues, as payment guarantee, an irrevocable, transferable, working SBLC-MT 760 or DLC MT 700, equivalent to the monthly invoice value, accepted from 50 top-rated banks. . If the BUYER is unable to deliver the SBLC MT 760 or DLC-MT 700 within 7 business days, alternatively the buyer will deposit 10% of the total value of the monthly supply as security into the seller's designated escrow bank account. Allowance to be deducted from the first shipment.
Seller swift 1% PB to buyer’s bank along with full POP with shipping documents as lists below via bank to bank and email, as the loading commence immediately.

Within 1 banking days of the vessel arrival at buyer destination port, buyer makes payment to seller via TT/MT103 upon receipt of the shipping documents from the captain and confirmation of the Q&Q by SGS/CIQ at the destination port.
Seller release commission payment to all intermediaries (parties) involve in this transaction in accordance to the signed NCNDA \IMFPA within 48 hours of receipt full payment of the product from the buyer.
